Thursday - 03/04/2021 — During that same surgery—the one I mentioned yesterday—that same friend who was there to support me as I came out of the anesthesia, took a little break at one point and saw this turkey vulture outside the hospital window just down the hall from my room.
He figured it was a pretty good omen for healing. After all, vultures cannot contract the plague, so they’re a harbinger of the end of danger. Their digestive tracts destroy the plague virus, thereby helping to end the cycle of reinfection.
The other cool thing about vultures is that they pee on their own feet, and something in their urine negates the yuckies.
Luckily, I didn’t have to adopt the vulture’s practices in order to heal.
Whew! Aren’t you glad to know that?
We need a flock of buzzards to kill this pandemic.
