Saturday - 03/20/2021 — This is what’s wrong with going wheat-free, the way I did 118 days ago. These great big cookie-sheet-sized molasses cookies are a thing of the past. Used to be, my grandkids would come over and help me make them. Of course, it used to be (before March 2020) my grandkids used to come over period.
Now I do without their visits unless it’s warm enough for us to sit out on the front porch. So I guess doing without the baking inside isn’t that much of a problem.
